What is Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation?

Two liquids are combined that react, expands once sprayed and then hardens into a dense, rigid barrier that creates an airtight and moisture resistant space.

Our Installation Process

We start with prep of the area where needed; protecting areas that we don't want foam; covering windows , doors, and outlets. Then a spray foam rig is used to apply foam in even layers where every gap, crack, and seam is filled as the foam expands, bonding to wood, metal, concrete etc. The cure time happens within minutes , however taking a full 24 hours to cure completely.

Why Choose Spray Foam Insulation?

It provides a high R value of around 7 per inch ( way more then what fiberglass or cellulose could provide). It provides profound air and vapor barriers; stopping drafts , moisture and mold, while adding structural strength.

What Spray Foam insulation projects have we done locally?

Projects we have completed range from horse trailer ceilings , ice house floors, oversized shops, and new construction and existing construction homes.
